We're an employee-owned National Firm, don't miss out on this opportunity with regular business hours, Monday thru Friday! Our Property Management division is growing and needs the right individual to join its Birmingham team as a Staffing Coordinator! If you are an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you!

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play an important role in our recruiting team. You will work closely together to uncover talent for the apartment industry. Assist in searching and reviewing resumes from various job boards (Zip Recruiter/Indeed/Craigslist), pre-screen candidates, and move forward with those qualified to the next steps in the interview and application process. You will provide a full range of support including handling new hire paperwork, inputting data into the system, processing background checks, and verifying and processing timesheets.

Must haves:

  • Strong Customer Service skills for both telephone engagement and in-person engagement.
  • Can-do attitude

  • Strong organization skills
  • General computer skills
  • A sense of humor because we love to laugh!
