TALENT | Development, Recruitment & Management

Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a startup to hire its first Product Manager, with a focus on driving growth for its app.

This position is ideal for a Product Manager who has gone through a successful exit with a previous startup. This position is best suited for builders with proven growth track records in early-stage companies, rather than those who have worked exclusively with companies in later stages (Series B, C, etc.).

The pitch is an opportunity to work with an experienced team who have successful exits under their belts and are ready to do it again.

Please see the job description below. We are happy to have conversations to determine if the opportunity makes sense for you. We’re mindful of your time and your priorities.

______________

Founding Product Manager

Join a startup at the forefront of an AI-powered coaching platform, founded by industry leaders behind billion-dollar exits and flagship tech innovations. The team is building a hyper-personalized, mobile-first coaching experience designed for scale.

The ideal Product Manager will bring sharp instincts from the e-commerce space, understand the nuances of mobile app development, and thrive in scrappy, fast-moving startup environments.

Duties

  • Craft and lead growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Refine app experience with seamless onboarding and habit-forming user journeys.
  • Manage paid acquisition channels (TikTok, Meta, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and organic loops.
  • Track and evolve KPIs: CAC:LTV, engagement, churn, virality.
  • Work side-by-side with the management team in the office.

Experience Needed

  • 3–6 years in product or growth roles within consumer tech startups, apps, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience launching growth initiatives with measurable success.
  • Solid grasp of growth stacks (SQL, Mixpanel, PostHog) and experimentation frameworks.
  • Agile mindset with an eye for both short-term wins and long-term impact.

Gameplan

  • First 45 Days: Deliver initial experiments and build core analytics dashboards.
  • 90 Days: Show visible uplift in retention and user volume.
  • 6 Months: Establish repeatable systems contributing to exponential user growth ahead of Series A.

Why This Opportunity

  • Led by an experienced team with successful exits.
  • Serious equity and high-impact ownership in an early-stage company.
  • Fast pace, no red tape—just big ideas and daily progress.
  • Office-first culture with a team that’s focused, inventive, and genuinely fun to work with.
