Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong aptitude for precision and team leadership?
Our client is a cutting-edge manufacturer of composite and GRP products, supplying industries ranging from motorsport and automotive to aerospace and marine. They are committed to innovation and quality and are looking for a Senior Inspector to help ensure their top-tier components continue to exceed expectations.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Take responsibility for the daily activities within the Inspection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components on time.
- Lead a team of quality inspectors, prioritising tasks and overseeing workflow management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team.
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to address issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Champion the adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and promote best practices in quality control.
What You Need:
- Solid experience in a Quality inspection role, with a focus on Composites or Automotive sectors.
