Assembly Technician / Production Technician Salary: basic salary of up to £32,000 Benefits include: A monthly paid guarenteed bonus structure (company wide) which has historically paid out around £2,000 – £3,000 per year (paid monthly), 5% contribuatory pension, 25 days holiday (+8 bank holidays), life assurance and enhanced sick pay, full induction training program and career progression, overtime at time and a half, and more! Location: Aston Clinton / Aylesbury Assembly Technician / Engineering Technician This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assembly / Repairs Technician to join a successful medical engineering and manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Aylesbury. The Assembly Technician will work a 37-hour week and will report directly into the Production Manager. You will be ensuring all of the company products are built correctly, with the use of engineering drawings and instructions, in a timely, and quality-focused manner. They currently have four permanent positions open; all with a focus on fine mechanical assembly. You will be required to do assembly with occasional test, fault finding and repairs on their products. The products are a mix of electronics and small rotating mechanisms – experienced in both of these areas would be very helpful. In terms of requirements for this assembly technician role, they are looking for keen and attentive individuals who are looking to accelerate their learning and skill set. You will need to have good timekeeping skills, a good communicator and of course have a strong engineering and technical background. The business are open to hearing from individuals who are very experienced, but also love to hear from applicants who have limited experience but a passion for technology, perhaps with some level of technical education.
