Career Rabbit is a career coaching and consultancy firm based in London, UK offering services to Chinese and international clients around the world. With the rapid expansion of the company, we are now looking for candidates to join the fast‑growing business in the role as Career Consultant (Sales) for our career coaching business in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively arrange and attend consultative sales and career plan meetings with potential clients.
  • Conduct an in-depth needs analysis and propose appropriate coaching solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to handle questions and guide decision‑making.
  • Lead final‑stage meetings to confidently close high‑value coaching packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently and deliver consistent conversion results.

General Duties

  • Clearly explain how Career Rabbit’s coaching programmes operate and add value.
  • Present and compare different service packages, coaching formats and upgrade options.
  • Guide clients in selecting suitable coaches based on their goals, personality fit and target industry.
  • Communicate pricing, timelines, and onboarding details in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for post‑sale support, liaising with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support team reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree or above from a recognised university, G5 preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Required).
  • Experience in career services or the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, build trust, and close deals through value‑led conversations.
  • Confidence in presenting complex service offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking ownership, working with KPIs, and hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple conversations at different sales stages.
  • Passionate about the career coaching and education industry, with a growth mindset and client‑first attitude.
