We are a small, friendly team looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to support our continued growth. The Role:
- You will work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, carrying out repairs, diagnostics, and servicing.
- Unlike many dealerships, we focus on repairing rather than replacing wherever possible, including engine rebuilds and cost-effective solutions for our customers.
- This is a varied role that provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and avoid repetitive work.
- Ongoing training and development will be provided where needed.
- You will be based in a fully equipped workshop using modern diagnostic equipment and specialist tools, working within a relaxed and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing and repairs on customer and sales vehicles
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify faults
- Complete Vehicle Health Checks
- Conduct road tests for diagnostics and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers
- Obtain authorisation for any additional work required
About You:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with colleagues and customers
- Passionate about the motor trade and continuous development
