The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Director to take full ownership of our manufacturing operations across workshop, paintshop, assembly and supply chain. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to deliver a major operational turnaround and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Lead
- Full operational oversight of production, planning, quality, safety and delivery
- Transformation of workshop, paintshop and assembly performance
- Lean manufacturing initiatives across the entire site
- Supply chain, purchasing and inventory optimisation
- Coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team

You’re a resilient, results-driven change agent with:
- Senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing
- A proven track record of operational turnaround
- Hands-on lean manufacturing expertise (5S, CI, standard work, VSM)
- Strong people leadership and commercial acumen
