The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Director to take full ownership of our manufacturing operations across workshop, paintshop, assembly and supply chain. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to deliver a major operational turnaround and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Lead

  • Full operational oversight of production, planning, quality, safety and delivery
  • Transformation of workshop, paintshop and assembly performance
  • Lean manufacturing initiatives across the entire site
  • Supply chain, purchasing and inventory optimisation
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team

  • Senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing
  • A proven track record of operational turnaround
  • Hands-on lean manufacturing expertise (5S, CI, standard work, VSM)
  • Strong people leadership and commercial acumen
