Forma-Care (UK) Ltd is a growing UK healthcare company supplying continence products to the NHS via NHS Supply Chain. We are seeking a Nurse Advisor Continence to support our expanding business across the South of England, with flexibility to support activity across England as required.
This is a field-based clinical role focused on clinical partnership, product training, implementation support and ongoing continence education across NHS acute trusts and Home Delivery Service accounts. Continence experience is desirable but not essential. Full in-house training and ongoing clinical support will be provided. This role would suit a registered nurse with a strong interest in continence care and patient dignity who is looking to develop into a specialist advisory position.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong clinical partnerships with NHS teams across acute and HDS settings
- Deliver established product training and continence education packages
- Support implementation and roll-out of products following NHS Supply Chain activity
- Plan and deliver structured study days using existing training frameworks
- Provide ongoing continence support and training to clinical teams
- Build and maintain professional relationships with nurses, clinical leads, procurement, and service managers
- Act as a clinical point of contact for continence-related education and product use
- Work collaboratively with internal commercial, operations and customer service teams
- Represent Forma-Care professionally across NHS settings
- Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
- Strong interest in continence care and improving patient outcomes
- Confident communicator with a professional and supportive manner
- Team-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working within a growing organisation
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel as required
- Continence experience or exposure
- Field-based experience within commercial healthcare
- Experience supporting product implementation or service roll-out
- Experience delivering clinical education, training or study days
- Experience working within NHS acute, Care homes or Home Delivery Service settings
- Familiarity with NHS Supply Chain environments
