About Property Entrepreneur

Property Entrepreneur is the UK’s leading property and business mentoring business. We have helped thousands of entrepreneurs build their own property businesses through high quality live events, expert mentoring, and an active members community. We run a packed calendar of flagship events and workshops every year, and we are known for the quality of our content, our community, and the experience we deliver in the room. Ultimately, everything we do is geared towards one goal: helping our members achieve financial independence, what we call Living off the Steam, where your property income covers your lifestyle and your time becomes your own.

About You

You light up around people. You’re the one who notices the quiet person at the table, the new face in the group, the small thing that would make someone’s day better. You don’t need a script, you read people, and you respond. You are naturally hospitable. Warmth isn’t a skill you switch on; it’s how you move through the world. You read a room before anything happens in it. You pick up on energy, body language, and what’s about to need attention. You take genuine pride in detail, because you understand that detail is what people remember. You thrive in motion. Holding five things at once feels normal, and you make it look effortless. You stay calm when plans change. Live events shift constantly; you keep your head and keep the day moving. You love being on your feet and in front of people. 6am starts don’t faze you, and event days are when you come alive.

About the Role

Events Managers run the show. You own certain events end to end. You are present every minute of every event you manage. You experience what the member experiences. You are front of house, on your feet, in the room, in zoom, with and there for members. This is a sensory role. You read the room in real time. You see the member who is on their own and you bring them in. You see the queue forming at registration and you smooth it. You see the speaker who needs water and you have it there before they ask. We set the standard everyone looks to us. You are the difference between a good event and a Property Entrepreneur Event!

What you’ll own

  • You own certain events end to end.
  • Day to day (between events): Event planning, schedules and improvement, handout and resources sign off (pre event), gifts and physical handouts (including Year of Frames and gift wrapping), event communications, member onboarding, member engagement between events, member relationship management, post workshop resources distribution, suggestions for the Hall of Fame, board and mentor member lead suggestions.
  • On the day (event setup, registration, packup and logistics, room management, member point of contact, member engagement).

How we measure success

  • Member Event Scoring
  • Member Renewals
  • Member Accreditations

Working pattern

25 hours per week, part time. Standard hours 9:30 to 14:30 UK time. Some flexibility available, subject to approval. 3 days in the UK office, 2 days remote per week. Available from 6am sharp UK time on event days. This is not negotiable. Live events are why you took the role. Reports into the Head of Events. Day to day delivery alongside the Events Coordinators who are your team mate and will handle the back office and logistics.
