We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Immigration Solicitor/Lawyer to join a respected and growing legal team based in North West London. As an Immigration Solicitor/Lawyer you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and representation, supporting individuals and families navigating the UK immigration system. Working independently, the Immigration Solicitor/Lawyer will manage their own varied caseload, covering matters from visa applications and settlement to appeals and asylum claims. DUTIES
- Providing Immigration Advice: Advising clients on entry clearance, leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain, nationality, asylum, and appeals.
- Case Management: Managing a varied immigration caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
- Application Preparation: Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and relevant tribunals.
- Client Liaison: Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and external agencies.
- Compliance and Records: Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
- Collaborative Working: Working closely with colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in immigration law.
