The Role
This is a genuine career-building role, not just a job title. As an Improver Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll work alongside our experienced team on a varied and interesting portfolio of projects: commercial air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance of split and multi-split systems, and VRF/VRV systems across high-end residential and commercial environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
- Working across high-specification residential, commercial and listed properties
- Supporting lead engineers on complex installations and fit-outs
- Representing Heat Sync with the professionalism our clients expect
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications & experience:
- Previous practical hands-on experience with air conditioning systems
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
Desirable (but not essential):
- F-Gas certification
