The Role
This is a genuine career-building role, not just a job title. As one of our Air Conditioning Engineers, you'll work alongside our experienced team on a varied and interesting portfolio of projects: commercial air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance of split and multi-split systems, and VRF/VRV systems across high-end residential and commercial environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation and commissioning of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
- Working across high-specification residential, commercial and listed properties
- Supporting lead engineers on complex installations and fit-outs
- Representing Heat Sync with the professionalism our clients expect
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications & experience:
- Previous practical hands-on experience with air conditioning systems
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
Desirable (but not essential):
- F-Gas certification
As important as the qualifications are, we hire on character. You'll be working in clients' homes and businesses, often beautiful, high-value properties, so how you conduct yourself on site matters.
Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
Meticulous attention to detail, you notice the things others miss
A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Personable and professional with clients and colleagues alike
Eager to learn and develop, this role grows with you
Reliable, honest, and takes ownership of your work
What We Offer
£40,000-£44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Company vehicle
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
NEST pension scheme
Supported training and professional development with opportunities to develop in other skillsets
Varied, rewarding work on premium South East projects
