You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tenancies, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and that both landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service. You'll be joining a professional and supportive team to help you manage the portfolio effectively. Our office is based in the heart of Borehamwood, a stones throw away from the High Street and Train Station. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of properties. Overseeing all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST/APT) management, as well as Non AST. Serving Section 13, 8 and 42 Notices when required. Managing rent arrears and implementing recovery strategies. Coordinating tenancy administration, referencing, tenancy progression and rent increases. Organising and managing inventories, check-ins and check-outs. Managing planned and reactive property maintenance. Monitoring void properties and implementing strategies to minimise vacancy periods. Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current Health
