This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, experienced tester who has developed a range of skills including problem solving, adaptability and is self-motivated with the ability of self-management and the choice to take the extra responsibility of being a QS. This role will suit someone who is more than just a good electrician — we are looking for someone who has been around the block, experienced, highly knowledgeable and maybe considering part time / full time testing – the role can be moulded to the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing Taking responsibility for the testing, certification remedials. Dealing with clients directly with support from our admin team. Teaching your skills to an apprentice Keeping up to date with current regulations and staying ahead of changes Hybrid role – FT position – 1 day WFH to complete test sheets verify Working with NICEIC software What We’re Looking For A qualified Approved Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition (BS7671). Proven experience in testing is essential Strong communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving license. 2391 / 2392 Inspection Testing or equivalent Desirable Qualifications SMSTS / SSSTS / NEBOSH What We Offer Competitive salary depending on experience.
