Customer Service / Sales Support Role Rockingham Systems Ltd Kettering, UK Office Based We are a family-owned engineering business in Kettering, specialising in Adhesive and Sealant Dispensing Systems as well as Robotics and Automation. Our customer base is varied ranging from Automotive manufacturers and international electronics companies to small British businesss looking for productivity wins around specific products or processs. As a key part of our team, our ideal candidate will be hands on in problem solving, friendly and happy to help. Primary objectives are to respond to and resolve customer questions and enquiries, quoting and processing orders as well as booking service visits, as a small business we are also looking for someone that is willing to take interest in other areas of the business and help colleagues when required. Main Day to Day Responsibilities: Responding to customer enquiries / questions / support requests. B2B sales of spare parts, service visits and consumables. Managing Service Calendar, quoting and booking service visits. Processing orders, generating invoices and processing shipping. Resolving issues around orders, shipping, supplier delays etc. Sales Admin, account creation admin and maintaining customer data. Answering incoming calls to the business. Salary
