The Role

This is a genuine career-building role, not just a job title. As one of our Air Conditioning Engineers, you'll work alongside our experienced team on a varied and interesting portfolio of projects: commercial air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance of split and multi-split systems, and VRF/VRV systems across high-end residential and commercial environments. You'll be working with people who care deeply about the standard of their work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation and commissioning of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
  • Working across high-specification residential, commercial and listed properties
  • Supporting lead engineers on complex installations and fit-outs
  • Representing Heat Sync with the professionalism our clients expect

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications & experience:

  • Previous practical hands-on experience with air conditioning systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card

Desirable (but not essential):

  • F-Gas certification
