Bodyshop Manager – South Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Performance Bonus
Hours: Flexible Monday–Friday, generally between 7am and 5pm. Occasional Saturday mornings (up to 5 hours per month).
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager or ambitious Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career.
This is an opportunity to take control of an established independent accident repair centre entering an exciting new phase of growth and investment.
Reporting directly to the business owner, you’ll have genuine autonomy to manage and develop the operation, supported by an experienced team of 4–5 productive staff.
We’re looking for someone who wants to run the business as though it were their own, and be financially rewarded for its success.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, workflow and workshop productivity.
- Lead, motivate and develop the existing team.
- Manage estimating, job costing, repair authorisations and quality control.
- Monitor efficiency, costs and profitability.
- Develop customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Implement improvements to systems, processes and overall performance.
About You
- Experienced within the automotive body repair industry.
- Management, supervisory or bodyshop control experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.
- Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of estimating, repair processes and profitability.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience with Audatex or similar estimating systems would be advantageous.
