An entrepreneurial, creative & innovative business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team in a newly created role. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy across the business.

From talent attraction through to talent management you will support across building candidate pipelines, determining the best attraction strategies, coaching hiring managers through the end to end process, management of the agency PSL and other ad hoc recruitment projects.

For this role, it is essential that you have experience in managing the 360 recruitment process - from initial headhunt through to offer stage. With this you will also need a proven track record of delivery against strategic projects and be comfortable working in a fast paced and commercial environment. You will need to be a natural communicator and have the confidence and gravitas to partner senior players within the business.
