Great Talent Acquisition opportunity for an experienced and delivery focused recruiter looking to take on a new challenge within a Business Intelligence company in Borough.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment process across all business areas
- Build continuous pipeline of candidates, sourcing across commercial, product, tech, sales and operational from entry to senior level
- Manage PSL relationships. Currently working at 50/50 direct sourcing to agency usage, aim to reduce this over time as well as reducing time to hire
- Provide reports to senior management on market insights, open roles, time to hire, headcount budget, etc.
- Seek out and participate in external recruitment fares, functions and conferences
About You:
- 3-5 years experience either in house or RPO
- Experience using creative sourcing techniques as well as LinkedIn recruiter experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
