Key Job Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
- Deliver projects to agreed parameters (scope, time, budget, quality).
- Define and manage resources and project plans.
- Monitor and report on risks, issues, dependencies, and variances.
- Review outcomes and continuously improve delivery processes.
Operational Assurance
- Establish and maintain formal assurance practices.
- Conduct reviews and audits, identify issues, and provide remedial actions.
- Monitor overall portfolio health and provide performance insights.
