Experience/ Knowledge required:
- Proven L & D experience in a matrix, commercial organisation.
- Strong, resilient and professional manner.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves, working in a transforming business.
- Successful career with a strong focus to date with blended learning.
- Strong project management experience.
- Pro-actively manage competing demands and a varied workload.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member.
- Effective communicator - Grad calibre - relevant work experience.
