Responsibilities:
- Liese on with stakeholders in designing and implementing L&D programmes in line with the strategic needs of the different business units.
- Design of learning solutions, training curriculum and leadership development.
- Setting up new framework and modernising existing one in line with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Must have previous sector experience in the media/ media-news or printing sector.
- Experience as stand-alone L&D manager
- Confident, highly organised and able to demonstrate using their initiative.
- Effective presenter and facilitator of training.
- Able to design and deliver training.
- Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality.
- Comfortable in dealing with all levels including senior management.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and plan/manage project time-lines and/or deadlines.
