Our client, a leading global consumer brand, is looking for a Senior HR Partner to join their team. If you thrive in fast paced and challenging environments, where innovation and creativity lie at core then this role could be for you!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering and providing both strategic and operational direction
  • Identify people strategies and objectives that will deliver results to support longer term business plans
  • Lead and support people activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Accountable for all ER issues including providing direct support to senior leaders
  • Lead change projects

Skills & Experience required:

  • Head of HR experience with proven interest in the commercial/technology arena where customer care is the number one priority
  • Experience of supporting vast groups c 2000 employees
  • Good sense of humour and just as happy working operationally, as you are strategically
  • Knowledge and ideally experience in managing all aspects of HR - recruitment, reward, learning and development, organisational development and change, talent & succession management
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapid change and ambiguity
  • Happy to deal with ambiguity and fluid situations
  • You will need to have a true 'hands on' approach as well as being able to develop and deliver on strategy in a complex and rapid changing work environment
  • You'll be driven, ambitious and have the desire to achieve excellence
  • Large team management experience ideally remote teams globally
  • CIPD qualified or similar qualification
