A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the HR Recruitment team at Career Moves Group, renowned for our work with finding the best Human Resources talent for media, creative, digital, FMCG and tech clients. Based in central London, this unique opportunity will take ownership in finding the very best talent, focusing on:
- Market mapping
- Candidate attraction
- Qualifying candidates
- Interview scheduling
- Managing client relationships
You'll bring at least 18 months HR or Business Recruitment Consultancy experience and be able to demonstrate identifying top talent and managing an excellent candidate experience whilst having a keen interest in Recruiter and/or HR.
Main objectives:
- Resource for top calibre candidates following client brief, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Build a pipeline of relevant candidates, in line with live or future roles
- Write engaging adverts and wider candidate attraction methods
- Coordinate candidate interviews; send out confirmations with client address and information packs
- Be responsible for compliance administration duties, such as scanning, filing and database maintenance
- Consistently meet with and register great HR candidates c.10 per week
- Keep candidate information up to date - change of address, salary, availability, circumstance & contact information
- Produce candidate profiles to submit to clients, outlining suitability and experience
- Book on site interviews for candidates; send out confirmations with client address and useful information
- Ownership of candidate care initiatives
- Ensure 100% compliance
- Create research projects, based on gathering industry knowledge
- Managing job boards and external providers
