Overview of the Role
Our Clients team is looking for a detail oriented and proactive Auditor to support the operational, compliance, and strategic oversight of our partner, especially third-party administrator (TPA). In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining audit readiness, verifying adherence to agreed fee structures, and ensuring consistent compliance with internal policies and insurance agreements. You will also play a vital role in identifying risk, driving process improvements, and supporting Our client’s commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct audits of TPA operations to ensure adherence to service agreements, Airbnb internal policies, and controls.
- Review claim's life cycle, payment records, service level agreement and partner documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Track and report audit findings using Airbnb's standardised 5Cs framework: Criteria, Condition, Cause, Consequence, Corrective Action.
- Collaborate and report with the internal Airbnb team to address findings and improve processes.
- Identify and escalate process inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, or control weaknesses to the Aircover TPA team.
- Maintain audit logs, trackers, and documentation repositories to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Skills & Expertise
- 2-5 years of professional experience in insurance auditing, compliance, or claims operations.
- Background in insurance, risk management, or auditing (degree or equivalent work experience).
- Deep understanding of regulatory standards (e.g. SOX, ISO 9001).
- Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholder relationships professionally.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and integrity.
