About the Role

As a key member of our client's team, you will be the first point of contact and a vital resource for both internal and external customers visiting our center. This multifaceted role involves handling the day-to-day operations and ensuring all events run smoothly. You will interact with individuals at all levels, including C-suite executives, VPs, Engineers, Product Managers, and Account Executives. You will also be expected to balance multiple executive briefings from initiation to completion, requiring effective liaison skills between account owners and various internal teams to fulfill briefing agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all logistical aspects of executive briefings and other events, including catering, badges, name cards, room setup, A/V, agendas, printing, restaurant reservations, and transportation needs.
  • Co-create briefing agendas with related account teams to ensure content aligns with customer/prospect goals, requiring understanding of Workday solutions and products.
  • Run the CXC calendar, scheduling all briefings and event requests efficiently.
  • Handle scheduling/calendaring, create Google folders/documents, and conduct post-event follow-up.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in daily schedules to support the broader team, which may require early mornings/evenings.
  • Maintain and update internal tools, documents, and applications relevant to CXC operations.
  • Partner with extended teams to develop briefings aligned with customer goals.
  • Coordinate with the global CXC team, technology support, and logistics teams to integrate briefing elements.
  • Maintain professional executive-level communication via email, phone, and other channels.
