A well-established technology distributor supplying infrastructure and connectivity solutions across the UK and Europe is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing sales team. This role combines team leadership, customer engagement, and commercial ownership of key project opportunities. You'll work closely with external sales teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experience while driving profitable growth. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the Internal Sales Team
- Managing and mentoring a team responsible for European customer accounts

- Supporting key project opportunities and complex customer enquiries

- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates

- Ensuring fast response times to customer enquiries and quotes
- Monitoring team performance against sales targets and margin objectives
- Coordinating with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery

- Previous sales team leadership & key client account management
- Experience in technology distribution, networking, infrastructure, or related markets – desirable but not essential
- Upselling not business development experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
