We are seeking an exceptionally creative and versatile Social Media Content Creator to join our international marketing team. This role is crucial in developing, executing, and optimising high-quality, engaging content for both our organic social channels and paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller with a sharp eye for current trends, a solid understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to maintain our established brand voice while driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce a range of social‑first, on‑brand content (UGC edits, carousel posts, stories, video/static posts,) optimised for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Manage the entire content lifecycle from concept and storyboarding to filming/design, editing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and wider Content and Social Team.
- Create content specifically designed to drive community engagement, brand love, and organic reach.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging trends to maximise non‑paid visibility.
- Collaborate with the organic Social Media Manager and UGC Coordinator to engage customers at key moments.
- Three (3) or more years of professional experience in social media content creation or a related creative field.
- Proven expertise in video production and editing for short‑form platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva.
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful content creation across diverse social channels.
This role will collaborate closely with the entire team but particularly with the Social Media Manager to plan and produce content for our social channels. A typical day might involve working through upcoming opportunities, editing customer stories, shooting new content, or creating new content entirely. Spotting trending moments or opportunities and proactively suggesting changes and optimisation to our existing content will be key for success in this role. We envision this to be a long term opportunity with chance for extension depending on performance and candidate.
This role will be office based in London due to the close collaboration needed between the Content Creator and Social Media Manager.
