Job Purpose

As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition strategy by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates across the EMEA region. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver key market insights that shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Use a range of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal databases, search engines, and networking) to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver actionable market intelligence using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron.
  • Influence location strategy through data-driven insights into talent availability and trends.
  • Create compelling narratives and outreach messages to attract top talent and build interest in opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the recruitment team and hiring managers by sharing sourcing progress, insights, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and update relevant systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Stay abreast of industry and market trends to ensure a competitive sourcing strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Sourcing & Research Expertise
    Proven experience sourcing across pan-EMEA markets, including emerging regions. Skilled in developing competitive market intelligence and using insights to inform strategy.
  • Communication & Relationship Building
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with prospecting and networking calls. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to articulate compelling stories that convert prospects into engaged candidates.
  • Strategic Thinking & Market Awareness
    Adept at using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron. Demonstrated ability to influence hiring strategies based on market trends and data.
  • Organizational & Technical Skills
    Highly organized and capable of managing multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with the agility to grasp internal systems (e.g., Workday) and evolving market dynamics.
  • Personal Attributes
    Credible and trustworthy, with an ability to build lasting relationships internally and externally. Results-driven, proactive, and resilient in approach. Business-fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
