Senior Brand Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and refining our current brand guidelines, with a particular focus on creating a distinct and impactful brand identity for partner-facing assets in the B2B space. Your work will ensure that our brand resonates effectively across B2B channels and is adaptable to a variety of design needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Guidelines Expansion: Elevate and refine existing brand guidelines to ensure they are comprehensive, effective, and strategically aligned with B2B goals
- Brand Identity Enhancement: Work strategically to ensure the brand identity is distinct, impactful, and tailored for B2B audiences, improving the overall visual language
- B2B Photography & Illustrations: Create brand guidelines for B2B photography and illustrations, areas currently without any defined standards, ensuring consistency in visual assets
- Design Libraries & Toolkits: Develop and refine design libraries and toolkits that empower designers and other teams to execute brand assets consistently and efficiently
- Stress Testing and Improvement: Stress-test existing brand guidelines, layouts, and templates, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Develop solutions to make these resources more accessible and effective for B2B needs
- Strategic Brand Design: Approach brand design strategically, creating frameworks and structures that allow for flexible, consistent execution across all design projects.
- Layout Optimization: Analyse current layouts and templates, identifying opportunities for refinement and improvement to make them more usable and effective for design teams
- Presentation Development: Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership that showcase refined brand guidelines, the rationale behind design decisions, and the expected impact on B2B partner-facing assets
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Brand Designer, with a focus on developing brand guidelines and strategic brand design for B2B environments
