Production Operations Coordinator, Experiences (French/Italian)
Location: UK, London
Length: 4 months
Rate: £28.84 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours
Duties:
- Support and execute end-to-end production workflows to deliver successful productions and high-quality guest experiences
- Support internal production leads with experiences and event logistics and coordination
- Manage and engage with our guests (online) by responding to messages in a timely and authentic manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive optimization of guest communications including drafting and maintaining FAQs, informing best practices, and sharing learnings with key stakeholders
- Adopt, develop, and master internal tools, training, and processes that drive daily production operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Act as an advocate for guests and supporting initiatives that improve the overall experience for internal teams and external guests
Essential Skills:
- 4+ years in event production, hospitality, or social media community management
- 4+ years in a client-facing or guest-facing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
