  • We are recruiting a

Partnership Operations Manager to join the UK Partnerships team of a leading global travel and technology organisation.

Reporting to the

UK Partnerships Lead , you will support the operational delivery of a growing portfolio of strategic partnerships.

The team is onboarding several new and high-profile partners and needs someone who can bring structure, organisation and momentum to the day-to-day running of these relationships.

This is a hands on role for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working in ambiguity and willing to get stuck into whatever is needed to ensure partnerships are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operational delivery of key UK partnerships.
  • Help onboard new partners and establish clear processes, timelines and ways of working.
  • Manage partnership deliverables, meetings, approvals, deadlines and logistics.
  • Build and maintain trackers, reporting tools and partnership documentation.
  • Coordinate hospitality tickets and partnership-related experiences.
  • Support the administration of payments and funding for participants within a major sports partnership.
  • Work closely with external partners and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Review partnership assets and support the development of new activation opportunities.
  • Assist with prospective partnerships involving major financial services organisations.
  • Prepare partnership presentations, proposals and campaign materials.
  • Track progress against key milestones and performance indicators.
  • Support post-campaign reviews and document best practices.
  • Coordinate input across Marketing, Communications, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply and Data teams.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-5 years' experience in partnerships, partnership operations, marketing, programme management, business growth, community or a related area.
  • Strong operational and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams or external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident building relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
  • Able to create structure and processes in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong Google Sheets and Google Slides skills.
  • Experience using Canva to create or adapt visual assets.
  • Experience using Claude or similar AI tools would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving environment.
