Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support YouTube Ads marketing across the EMEA region. This is an execution-focused role where you will take established regional strategies and bring them to life through integrated campaigns, content development, and event programs. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, analytics, and creative teams to deliver impactful B2B marketing initiatives, while also contributing to broader campaign planning and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management
- Execute medium- to large-scale integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, events)
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on insights and analytics
- Content & Creative Development
- Develop high-quality marketing content including campaign assets, scripts, and messaging
- Brief and manage external agencies to produce creative assets for YouTube campaigns
- Ensure content aligns with product positioning, brand voice, and regional strategy
- Support social media activations and visual asset creation
- Event & Program Management
- Support and manage marketing events (e.g., YouTube festivals, regional activations)
- Coordinate event logistics, content, and stakeholder engagement
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign strategy
- Partner with analytics teams to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Translate data into compelling narratives and recommendations
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to align marketing initiatives
- Contribute to go-to-market execution for new features and products
- Support regional marketing strategy through local market insights
Skills & Experience
Required
- 4+ years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred; B2C also considered)
- Strong experience in campaign execution and project management
- Experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven ability in content development and agency briefing
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance analysis
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Google Workspace tools; familiarity with AI tools
Preferred
- Experience in digital or tech environments
- Familiarity with YouTube or digital advertising platforms
- Experience in social media campaign management
- Strong creative judgment and storytelling ability
