  • Build compelling presentations and insight narratives tailored to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis requests and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate across marketing, analytics, research, and operational teams to define success metrics and align on business priorities.
  • Contribute to inclusive decision-making and support DEI-focused audience and creator engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing strategy, consumer insights, or business analysis within large B2C organisations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet-based analysis (pivot tables, trend analysis, charting, rollups).
  • Understanding of experimentation principles including confidence intervals, statistical significance, and MDE.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise business insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience working autonomously in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation capabilities.
