We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the growth and scaling of critical research, robotics, infrastructure, and security operations on a global scale. This role will lead complex technical programs from planning through delivery, partnering with engineering, research, robotics, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure successful execution of high-impact initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving multiple concurrent workstreams, managing roadmaps, mitigating risks, and delivering projects within aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities- Lead technical programs from initiation through commissioning and delivery.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps across robotics, infrastructure, security, and operational domains.
- Coordinate expansion projects across multiple locations and regions.
- Manage complex, high-priority initiatives with aggressive delivery schedules.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks impacting program delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering, research, robotics, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across teams.
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Support security, compliance, audit, and governance initiatives across global operations.
- Ensure operational readiness for new facilities, laboratories, and infrastructure deployments.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar role within a technical environment.
- Strong track record delivering complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority.
