We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our client and help grow, develop and nurture its Turkish creator community. This is a highly visible, partner-facing role working with some of the largest and most influential creators in Turkey, helping them grow their channels, optimise content and monetisation strategies, and get the most from YouTube’s products and platform.

You’ll combine exceptional relationship management with a strong analytical mindset – using channel performance data and insights to understand what’s working, identify opportunities and provide creators with clear, actionable recommendations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with leading Turkish creators and partners.
  • Develop growth, content and monetisation strategies using clients' data and insights.
  • Analyse channel performance, audience and product metrics and translate these into practical recommendations.
  • Drive adoption and optimisation of client products and features.
  • Manage challenging partner conversations, resolve issues and advocate effectively on behalf of creators.
  • Develop partner strategies and identify new opportunities within the Turkish creator ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally across client teams including Marketing, Legal, Policy, Risk and other regional partners.
  • Plan and deliver creator initiatives and events, both virtually and in person, potentially bringing together 50–100 creators around topics such as AI, channel growth, content strategy and monetisation.
  • Coordinate third-party agencies and strategic partners to deliver programmes and events.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Potentially travel to Turkey once or twice during the assignment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Partner management – strong experience managing external partners, clients, creators or influencers at scale. You’ll need to be an excellent relationship builder who is comfortable navigating different personalities, complaints, conflict and complex conversations.
  • Data & analytics – confident interpreting performance data, dashboards and metrics and turning them into meaningful recommendations.
  • Project management & collaboration – able to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, work effectively across cross-functional teams and ideally bring experience planning or delivering events.

You could come from social media, creator/influencer partnerships, scaled partnerships, digital media, an agency environment or an in-house influencer/creator marketing team within a major consumer brand. Experience with platforms such as YouTube or TikTok would be highly relevant, but we’re open to different backgrounds where you can demonstrate strong partner management, analytical capability and experience operating at scale. Fluent/native-level Turkish is essential, alongside strong business English. A genuine understanding of Turkish culture, media and the creator landscape will be particularly valuable.

If you’re passionate about the creator economy and love combining relationships, data, strategy and community building, we’d love to hear from you.
