A leading global technology company is seeking two experienced Solutions Architects to join its Core Engineering function.
This client‑facing role requires deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Providers, IDaa S, Single Sign-On, SAML and SCIM.
You will lead complex identity migrations and technical integration programmes for major organisations across EMEA.
Working closely with clients, sales teams and internal product specialists, you will translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
The position combines hands‑on technical expertise with consulting, stakeholder management and pre‑sales responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical consultant and subject‑matter expert for enterprise identity and marketing technology solutions.
- Lead multiple large‑scale customer migrations and integration projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the principal technical point of contact for key client accounts.
- Translate commercial objectives and technical requirements into clear execution plans.
- Advise technical specialists, senior executives and marketing stakeholders.
- Work with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Design scalable solutions across enterprise architecture, cloud technology, security and systems integration.
- Lead partner integrations from discovery and solution design through implementation and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and technical support requests within agreed timescales.
- Gather customer feedback and convert recurring challenges into actionable product insights.
- Build effective relationships across sales, product, engineering and client teams.
- Present technical recommendations and data‑led business insights to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
- Maintain high standards of privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
Essential experience
- At least seven years’ experience in a client‑facing technical position such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre‑Sales Consultant, Partner Engineer or Technical Consultant.
- Advanced, hands‑on expertise in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Providers, IDaa S, SSO, SAML, SCIM, identity provisioning and access governance.
- Experience leading large‑scale or global IAM migrations and transformation programmes from initial discovery through delivery.
A strong consulting mindset and the ability to turn business goals into effective technical solutions.
- Experience advising both technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Strong technical knowledge across enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, information security and systems integration.
- Experience delivering complex client or partner integration projects.
- Knowledge of web, mobile or enterprise technology stacks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
- A technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable experience
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, Forge Rock or Sail Point.
- Knowledge of advertising technology, digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Experience working with advertising APIs, identity platforms or enterprise Saa S products.
- Ability to interpret API documentation, call APIs using scripts and test integrations.
- Experience using Swagger and Postman.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and their use in improving workflows, productivity or client solutions.
- Fluency in another European language, such as French, German, Spanish or Italian.
- A consultative, value‑led approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
