We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join a globally recognised SaaS organisation supporting the UK & Ireland region. This is a strategic and hands‐on role responsible for developing and executing targeted Account Based Marketing programmes across approximately 150 key enterprise accounts. Working closely with Sales Directors, Marketing Leaders and senior stakeholders, you will create highly personalised marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline creation, accelerate opportunities and strengthen executive‐level engagement.

You'll join a collaborative team of ABM professionals supporting different global regions, with the opportunity to influence marketing strategy across some of the UK's largest organisations spanning retail, banking, manufacturing, public sector and government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic 1:1 and 1 Account Based Marketing programmes for priority enterprise accounts across the UK & Ireland.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to build targeted account plans that drive pipeline generation and opportunity acceleration.
  • Create and deliver CXO-level engagement programmes, executive events and VIP experiences.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align ABM activities with broader campaign objectives.
  • Tailor messaging, content and marketing strategies to address industry‐specific challenges and business priorities.
  • Scale successful campaigns and events across multiple target accounts while maintaining relevance and personalisation.
  • Leverage AI‐enabled marketing tools and technologies to increase efficiency, reach and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise marketing programmes and inform future activity.
  • Share best practices and campaign learnings across marketing and sales teams.
  • Support ad‐hoc and opportunistic marketing initiatives in response to changing business needs and pipeline priorities.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) role.
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering successful ABM programmes within a SaaS, cloud or technology environment.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams to generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Demonstrable success engaging senior decision‐makers and C‐suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience planning and executing executive events, VIP programmes and high‐touch customer engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills.
  • Self‐motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Experience within enterprise software or cloud technology organisations.
  • Exposure to AI‐driven marketing tools and strategies.
  • Experience marketing to large enterprise organisations and public sector customers.
  • Knowledge of demand generation and integrated marketing approaches.
