The Opportunity We’re recruiting an experienced
Program / Project Manager to join the EMEA Supply Acquisition team of a globally recognised hospitality and technology platform.
This is a highly collaborative, cross‑functional role where you’ll partner with teams across
London, Paris, Rome and Milan to drive strategic programmes that support the growth of the company’s Experiences business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross‑functional programmes across EMEA.
- Manage several concurrent projects, ensuring delivery against timelines, milestones and business objectives.
- Partner with City Leads across London, Paris, Rome and Milan to deliver regional initiatives.
- Work closely with Brand Partnerships, Supply Acquisition, Marketing, Social Media and Operations teams.
- Create, implement and improve scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Bring clarity and organisation to complex, fast‑moving projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources to support partnership launches and strategic initiatives.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers and ensure programmes remain on track.
- Prepare project plans, presentations, reports and stakeholder updates.
- Analyse data and operational insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Program or Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations or a similar role.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional programmes across multiple teams.
- Experience within a technology company, marketplace or other high‑growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience creating and implementing operational processes from the ground up.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast‑moving, evolving environments.
- Excellent planning, organisational and project delivery skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience working with major brand partnerships.
- Experience working with globally recognised consumer brands.
- Exposure to marketplace, travel, hospitality or consumer technology businesses.
