We are partnering with a Creative Technology company to recruit for a Pensions Manager. Reporting into the Senior Benefits Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee pension data, processing contributions in line with payroll and local regulations and ensuring compliance through governance frameworks and audit support. It also requires close collaboration with global benefits, payroll, finance, and HR teams, alongside involvement in projects, system improvements, and benefits system implementation and testing.

The ideal candidate must have solid pensions administration experience, ideally across EMEA and APAC. They will have strong analytical and Excel skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure and proven stakeholder management capabilities. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently are essential, with experience using Workday considered advantageous.
