The Role
Looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Executive to support the Partnerships team during a busy commercial period. This role plays a key part in activating brand and retail partnerships, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly so the sales team can focus on driving revenue. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and the Partnerships Manager, you will support pitch preparation, live campaign delivery, partner communications and internal systems. The role suits someone confident juggling multiple projects in a fast paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnerships & Campaign Support
- Support the activation and delivery of live partnership campaigns.
- Assist with artwork approvals, prize sourcing and campaign tracking.
- Manage partner onboarding, kick‑off calls, asset sharing and follow‑ups.
- Provide logistical and admin support for events and tradeshows.
- Act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day partner queries.
- Decks, Presentations & Materials
- Prepare and adapt pitch decks for partner meetings and presentations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and version control across all materials.
- Tailor decks for different partners, sectors and campaign objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams (Publishing, Theatre, Communications, Consumer Products) to source: Assets, Insights, Stats and case studies.
- Maintain a central library of decks, mock‑ups and partnership materials.
- Convert legacy decks into Google Slides where required.
- Admin, Systems & Asset Management
- Manage shared drives and ensure clear, logical file structures.
- Take notes on internal and external calls, tracking actions and follow‑ups.
- Support onboarding and asset migration into partner tracking system.
- Create simple partner resource documents with relevant links and assets.
- Manage internal book and product stock for partners, including sourcing, logging and shipping.
- Prospecting & Commercial Support
- Use tools such as LinkedIn and Pearlfinder to identify new potential partners.
- Support market and partner research for pitches.
- Assist with outreach emails when required.
- Depending on experience, provide light finance support (POs, expenses, tracking).
About You
Essential
- Experience in a coordinator or support role within partnerships, marketing, licensing, IP, entertainment or FMCG.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with decks, copy and data.
- Confident using Google Workspace (Email, Drive, Meet, Google Slides).
- Comfortable managing shared drives and systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Confident working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience working with licensed IP or entertainment studio brands.
- Experience supporting campaign activations.
- Familiarity with Pearlfinder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
- Understanding of asset management and rights sensitivities.
