Career Moves are partnering with a globally recognised technology brand to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to join their direct-to-consumer ecommerce team, supporting key consumer hardware products across the UK and European markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused ecommerce marketer with strong retail, trading, and merchandising experience to work within a fast-paced global consumer technology environment. You’ll play a key role in driving direct sales through the brand’s ecommerce platform, supporting product launches, optimising the customer purchase journey, and partnering closely with cross-functional global and regional stakeholders.

The Role

Working within a collaborative ecommerce and marketing team, you’ll help shape and execute ecommerce and go-to-market strategies across key consumer product categories. The role sits at the intersection of:

  • Ecommerce trading
  • Retail marketing
  • Site merchandising
  • Campaign management
  • Product launches
  • Commercial strategy

You’ll interface regularly with sales, marketing, merchandising, and global product teams to ensure the ecommerce platform effectively drives consumer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ecommerce marketing and trading initiatives across the ecommerce platform
  • Support launches of new consumer hardware products
  • Optimise onsite customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion
  • Deliver direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies
  • Partner with sales teams to bring the marketing voice into commercial planning
  • Manage promotional activity including financing, trade-in programs, and targeted offers
  • Support content strategy and site optimisation initiatives
  • Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyse performance metrics and trading data to improve sell-out performance and customer acquisition
  • Contribute to wider brand and retail marketing initiatives around major launch events

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years’ experience within ecommerce marketing, retail marketing, or digital trading
  • Strong experience within direct-to-consumer ecommerce environments
  • Background in retail, consumer electronics, manufacturing, or high-growth ecommerce businesses
  • Proven experience driving online sales performance and site optimisation
  • Strong understanding of trading, merchandising, and content management
  • Experience working across UK and/or European markets
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with global stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale product launches and campaigns
