The client is seeking a highly technical Marketing Analyst to support EMEA-wide marketing strategy and performance analysis for a large-scale B2C consumer product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, experimentation, and strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on causal analysis, measurement rigor, and business impact. You will partner closely with senior marketing, product, and regional stakeholders to shape campaign strategy through data, improve reporting quality, and drive incremental growth across EMEA. This is not a social or content marketing role—it is a deeply analytical, data-driven position focused on performance measurement and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Performance & Growth Analytics: Analyse and evaluate marketing campaign performance across EMEA, identifying drivers of success and opportunities for incremental growth. Develop a clear framework for measuring incremental impact, moving beyond correlation to causation. Support consumer app and product usage data analysis to connect marketing activity with downstream user behaviour.
- Experimentation & Statistical Rigor: Design, analyse, and interpret A/B tests and experiments across marketing initiatives. Apply strong statistical knowledge to distinguish correlation vs. causation and assess true business impact. Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and experimental frameworks upfront.
- Data & Technical Excellence: Deliver advanced analysis using SQL, Client Analytics / Firebase, and ideally Python. Architect and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and metrics that improve clarity, consistency, and decision-making. Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior stakeholders with speed, rigor, and clear recommendations.
- Strategy & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics partners across multiple European markets. Translate complex data into clear insights and compelling narratives for senior leadership. Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders make data-informed decisions in ambiguous environments.
- AI & Automation: Actively use AI tools and agents to enhance personal workflows and automate repetitive analytical and reporting tasks. Identify opportunities to scale and improve efficiency through automation.
- Culture & Ways of Working: Contribute to an inclusive, psychologically safe team environment. Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and accountability in line with company values. Operate effectively within a large, distributed regional team structure.
