Events Manager required to support corporate relations and deliver high‑quality sports‑focused events. Working closely with the Senior Director, Corporate Relations, this role manages small to medium events end‑to‑end and supports major global sporting projects. Part of a multi‑location team (London, Paris, New York).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and operations for major sports events (e.g., tennis, cycling, Olympics, football, golf).
- Lead delivery of smaller events: cocktail receptions, internal celebrations, screenings and special projects.
- Coordinate logistics including ticketing, ticket releases, accommodation, transport, F&B, production, onsite setup and accreditation.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, sports federations and key vendors.
- Update itineraries, schedules, guest lists and briefing docs.
- Coordinate VIP and executive travel with internal/external travel teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and company guidelines.
Core Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in events with VIP/C‑suite stakeholder management.
- Experienced delivering hospitality and operational support across sport events (football, tennis, golf).
- Confident managing short‑haul European travel for onsite checks, ticket distribution and accommodation.
- Proven project management, vendor management and budget tracking experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure across multiple time zones.
- Creative, proactive and able to manage complex deadlines.
