Career Moves are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a renowned global marketing agency based in the heart of London. Our client is looking for a part qualified Assistant Finance Manager to join their team on an initial six-month contract, with potential to become permanent. You'll support financial reporting, help drive performance insights, and work closely with finance and leadership teams in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records
  • Support monthly reporting and management accounts
  • Assist with month-end/year-end close and reconciliations
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Contribute to revenue, WIP, and billing analysis
  • Assist with audits, VAT, and tax reporting
  • Support client agreements and project setup
  • Maintain financial system data
  • Assist with utilisation and profitability analysis

Skills & Experience

  • Finance/Accounting degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Part-qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) desirable
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good understanding of financial principles and compliance basics
  • High attention to detail and organisation
