Hybrid Working – Oxford (c.2 days per week)
We are partnering with a well‑established UK organisation currently undergoing significant transformation. This is a strategic HRBP role where you will be supporting a Technology client group; therefore, technology knowledge is crucial for this role.
Working closely with the HR Director and senior technology leadership team, this role will play a key part in driving strategic workforce planning, organisational change and leadership capability whilst helping embed a more high‑performing and structured environment.
A key priority for this role will be establishing and driving a robust strategic workforce planning approach across the Technology function. The business is looking for someone able to bring structure, challenge and long‑term thinking to workforce and capability planning within a fast‑evolving environment.
This is a highly visible role sitting within the extended leadership team and would suit someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong recent experience supporting Technology / Engineering populations
- Extensive strategic workforce planning experience
- Proven change and transformation capability
- Experience operating within agile, evolving environments
- The ability to challenge constructively and build trust quickly
- A pragmatic, resilient and commercially minded approach
This role would suit an experienced Senior HRBP or HR Director‑level professional who is comfortable remaining hands‑on whilst operating strategically.
Please note a car is required due to office location.
