Go-To-Market ManagerLocation: UK, London Length: April 28th – 19th December 2025Rate: £50.96 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 40 hours – (Onsite Tues,Wed,Thurs)OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to help lead cross-functional initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and develop actionable business strategies. In this high-impact role, you will work under the guidance of senior leadership and collaborate across departments—including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations—to deliver scalable, results-driven outcomes that accelerate business growth and enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outcomes for one or more key initiatives under the direction of senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional efforts to launch business initiatives and drive customer acquisition
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including segmentation, targeting, channels, creative direction, and performance metrics
- Identify optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, and new product opportunities
- Build and operate campaign frameworks that consistently deliver on acquisition goals
- Manage project scoping, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and escalate ideas when external factors affect execution
- Solve complex problems through innovative thinking and multiple approaches
- Design new processes, components, or systems to anticipate and address future needs
- Identify and correct operational inefficiencies through both process and technology
- Influence teams with similar goals to align on strategic direction and resources
- Build strong internal and external relationships, mentoring others and sharing strategic insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create GTM plans and monetization strategies.
- Oversee the integration of multiple project timelines and business goal
- Coordinate forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for GTM execution
- Act as a subject matter expert on GTM strategies, supporting sales enablement and organizational alignment
- Maintain a deep understanding of our customer segments, market dynamics, and industry trends
Skills/: Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Total years of experience: 7 years of experience in GTM, ideally in hardware organization skills, processes candidates must have to be considered for the role:
- Program management, data analysis & modeling. Specific Tools or Applications experience: experience with Sheets, Docs, Slides, SQL
