Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Demand Generation – GLOBAL TECH BRAND London, UK (Hybrid – a few days per month onsite)

Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required for global calls after 5pm)
Rate: £44.23 per hour PAYE
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimising high-impact paid media and performance marketing programmes that drive quality traffic, leads, and enterprise-level demand at scale. This role operates across global and regional programmes, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, measurable growth initiatives. This positions itself within the Business Messaging team and plays a critical role in shaping how enterprise and high-value businesses are acquired through digital channels. The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on digital performance marketer with strong analytical skills, proven experience in B2B enterprise demand generation, and the ability to operate autonomously within a fast-moving, lean team.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Demand Generation
- Design, activate, and scale paid media programmes across Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive high-quality enterprise traffic and leads
- Support full-funnel digital journeys, connecting awareness, demand generation, and conversion programmes
- Manage paid search using AI, automation, and smart bidding, including app install campaigns
- Activate and optimise multi-channel ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts and personas
- Digital Events & Campaign Delivery
- Own promotional strategies for global virtual event programmes, from small webinars to large-scale digital experiences
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and planning to reporting and optimisation
- Oversee agency delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time execution
- Ensure exceptional campaign delivery across creative, ad formats, platform innovation, QA, and optimisation
- Measurement, Analytics & Optimization
- Own campaign tracking and ensure robust digital measurement frameworks are in place
- Deliver comprehensive reporting and actionable insights for optimisation
- Collaborate closely with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to build and refine channel-level reporting
- Continuously review and optimise digital GTM processes
- Lead segmentation testing, audience deep dives, and performance experimentation
- CRO, SEO & Experimentation
- Innovate and test at landing page, form, and funnel level to improve conversion rates
- Support SEO initiatives for traffic growth and new prospect acquisition
- Own the testing and learning agenda, driving continuous improvement through experimentation
- Apply AI tools and methodologies to improve marketing efficiency and operational speed
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, product marketing, and leadership teams to deliver insights and recommendations
- Translate data into clear narratives that inform growth roadmaps and strategic decisions
- Work comfortably across time zones and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, Technology, agency, or high-growth environments
- Strong enterprise B2B acquisition background (consumer-led or D2C experience alone is not suitable)
- Hands-on expertise managing paid media across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Proven experience running digital event programmes, including webinars, livestreams, and virtual events
- Familiarity with platforms such as SplashThat, ON24, or RainFocus (preferred)
- Experience managing agencies and digital marketing budgets
- Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech, including data enrichment, lead routing and management, automation, nurture, personalisation, and monetisation
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker), Salesforce, and campaign analytics platforms
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
