About the Role
Our Client is looking for a hardworking and experienced Employee Communications professional to support Total Rewards and other People & Purpose-related (HR) communications across EMEA, APAC, and Japan regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive communication strategies for international benefits and total rewards programs that align with business objectives, ensuring communications are integrated into Our Client’s overall communications approach in impactful and measurable ways.
- Write, edit, and produce a variety of communications materials, newsletters, talking points, and digital content.
- Partner with Total Rewards, Organizational Success, and Compensation teams to identify communication needs and opportunities, ensuring alignment and integration with company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional communications teams to provide support for localized People & Purpose-related communications in EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
- Manage monthly reporting on content performance and targeted outcomes, measuring the efficiency of communications and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Incorporate industry trends in employee communications.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- 8+ years of experience in employee communications / internal communications in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
- Experience in international employee benefits and total rewards communications.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills; ability to create content for a broad spectrum of multimedia communications channels.
- Demonstrated capability in using generative AI to scale your impact as a communicator.
- Ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and champion collaboration.
- Track record of achieving goals and driving positive change.
- High degree of flexibility, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with change management and communicating key initiatives across multiple internal target audiences.
- Innovative attitude — always looking for ways to improve how Our Client communicates with and engages employees.
Other Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of the technology industry and Our Client’s products and services is preferred.
- Basic skills in visual and slide design using Google Slides.
- Experience with content management systems like LumApps (Intranet platform), Staffbase (Mass communication tool), and video editing tools are a plus.
