We're supporting a well‐established organisation in the manufacturing and digital communications sector to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Advisor to join their busy HR shared-services team. This role plays a key part in delivering a wide range of HR activities, supporting managers across recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, employee relations, and policy compliance.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate HRIS data, reporting and compliance
- Advising managers on HR policies, performance, resourcing and absence
- Supporting employee relations meetings where needed
- Delivering inductions and training (including compliance/ISO topics)
- Contributing to policy reviews, projects and HR process improvements
- Liaising with external partners such as OH, benefits providers, and agencies
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Strong HR administration and HRIS skills
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and work logically under time pressure
- Experience in manufacturing or digital environments is beneficial
